You don’t associate bright flashing lights without outdoor festivals, but screw it, it’s LCD Soundsystem. EVERYBODY DANCE!

Our week of Austin City Limits Festival entries continues with this one submitted by Kenneth.

We know from experience that as the fest gets more crowded every year, it’s not always easy to find space to do yo thang, so we applaud this guy for not only having room to move, but doing it in elevated style on some sort of improvised dance platform. You keep enjoying that Yeasayer set. Stay dancy, my friend.

Our week of Austin City Limits Fest ends on a wistful note as mud-trekkers made the most of the festival’s last day with a sweet little umbrella dance. You kids stay dry out there.

On the third day of Austin City Limits Fest, wannabe Woodstock reenactors tried to make the grounds their own private mud performance zone. Unfortunately, part of the “Dillo Dirt” on the concert grounds consisted of treated sewage, which explained the distinct “shit” smell. But, hey, a concert dancer’s gotta do what a concert dancer’s gotta do. (In the doo.)

Is it dancing if there’s absolutely no chance that you’ll spill the drink out your cup and you’re holding a conversation while you’re doing it? We’re on the fence about whether it’s really dancing, but we know there has to be some name for it.

Venezuelan pop-disco music has been proven to make everyone dance, even dudes you didn’t think could boogie. Oh yes, they can boogie. At the right time in the right place with the right Venezuelan pop-disco music, they will boogie until your eyes fall out from all the watching you will be doing. Watch your eyes.
